PLEASE NOTE - if you have logged into the Portal within 90 days you do not need to fill out this form. Go to the login page of the Portal and select "Forgot Password" if you need to reset your password.

Password Reset


Email Resolution
If you did not receive the email, your IT team or email settings are blocking the automated emails the Portal sends to reset your password. Send this email to your IT team to whitelist: Brilliant Corners <fhspportal@brilliantcorners.org>

Link Resolution
If the link in the reset email did not work when you clicked it, try copy-pasting the link into your browser.

Document Access

Issue Downloading Documents from Box

Please make sure that your organization does not block our document host site, Box.com. If Box.com is blocked, please reach out to your organization’s IT department to have Box.com whitelisted. Access to this website is necessary for using the FHSP Portal. 
 

Please Note: Although there is an option to log into Box.com to retrieve the documents, it is not necessary. Simply click ‘Download’ on the document and wait for the document to download and then close the pop-up box.


Resume an Application
Saved applications require unique save passwords (please see the FAQ in the Portal for more information). If you do not remember the password you saved for the application, please send the client’s name and ID so we can send you a notification to access the application and create a new save password. We recommend using the client’s ID as the save password. 

Error Message

'413 Content Too Large'

This error message occurs when the files you attached to the application total are too large for submission. You need to downsize your PDF's that you upload to your application as the maximum is 25 MB. I have attached a couple guides on how to reduce file size depending on which PDF app you use. 


If you use a different app just search for 'how to reduce file size [insert app name here].
