Does your organization currently hold cash reserves exceeding 30 million dollars?

Organizations with cash reserves over $30 million may still apply. However, they will be required to contribute 50% of the total cost of their accessibility improvement project. Brilliant Corners will invoice the full project cost, verify expenses, and reimburse the grantee for 50%.

For Applicants who do not own the property where proposed improvements will be made, grant awards will be contingent upon the submission of a fully executed Owner Participation Agreement. This agreement will be included in the conditional award letter and must be signed by both the property owner and Brilliant Corners prior to the disbursement of any funds.
